Rum Island Springs Conservation Area is best accessed by car. From Lake City, take US-41 South. Turn right onto CR-138. Continue on CR-138 until you reach Rum Island Road. Turn right onto Rum Island Road, and the conservation area will be on your left. Parking is available on-site.
